Protein Expression & purification service (1)
Expression and Identification of target protein
ATGen has a great expertise in developing recombinant proteins using Escherchia.coli as a host. Our Protein services are charged according to the required amount of strain comparison and optimization work. The pricing is based on a setup fee for expression analysis, the number of different strains (possibly with different helper plasmid systems) and the number of different culture conditions tested. All our purified proteins have more than 95% purity on SDS-PAGE.

Monoclonal antibody service
ATGens monoclonal antibodies are produced in hybridoma cell lines derived from the fusion of myeloma cells and antibody-producing B-lymphocytes. We guarantee two positive clones for monoclonal antibodies developed in mouse. For any protein antigen (at least 2 mg provided by the customer, > 80% purity) we guarantee two positive clones or more with positive ELISA results. Our prices are on a setup fee basis.
